Job Description
What will your role look like
- Enhancing our testing processes and ensuring the quality and performance of our applications through comprehensive automated testing strategies.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand testing requirements and application functionality.
- Execute automated test cases and report defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Design, enhance, and maintain the automation framework to improve test coverage and efficiency.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve test script quality.
- Monitor the performance of automation tests and optimize test execution time.
- Document testing processes, outcomes, and defect reports for future reference.
- Assist in the training and development of junior team members in automation practices.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and contribute to Agile development methodologies.

- Strong background in automation testing, specifically using Selenium, along with proficiency in Java and Javascript.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and best practices in automation testing.

- Experience in automation testing.
- Strong proficiency in Selenium WebDriver with Java and Javascript.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, while also being self-motivated.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices is a plus.
- Experience with other automation tools and frameworks is advantageous.
