Job Description

We are looking for a result-oriented Senior Business Development / Sales professional to lead new client acquisition efforts across India. The ideal candidate will have deep industry connects, a strong understanding of IT services and solutions, and a proven ability to win new logos and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver new client acquisition and revenue targets in line with GTM strategy
  • Execute end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, lead qualification, solution pitching, and deal closure
  • Develop and maintain strong CXO-level relationships in BFSI, Retail, Logistics, and Utilities sectors
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Demand Generation teams to drive lead generation
  • Conduct impactful presentations, demos, and proposals to prospects
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market insights
  • Use CRM tools for pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting

Candidate Profile

  • 15 years of experience in IT Services/Tech Sales, with a strong focus on new logo acquisition
  • Domain exposure to BFSI, Retail, Logistics, or Utilities is a must
  • Strong knowledge of cloud, digital transformation, AI, and emerging tech
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM platforms and structured sales processes
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech; MBA preferred
