Job Description
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer a creative professional responsible for crafting user-friendly digital interfaces by combining visual design principles with user research to ensure a seamless and intuitive experience across websites, applications, and other digital products, collaborating closely with development teams to translate design concepts into functional realities while consistently iterating based on user feedback to optimize the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and behavior's.
- Create user personas to represent target user groups and inform design decisions.
- Analyze user data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop sitemaps and user flows to map out the logical structure and navigation of a product.
- Organize content in a way that is intuitive and easily accessible to users.
- Create low-fidelity wireframes to visualize initial design concepts and page layouts.
- Develop interactive prototypes to simulate user interactions and test design ideas.
- Design visual elements such as color schemes, typography, iconography, and imagery to create a visually appealing and consistent brand aesthetic.
- Develop design systems to maintain consistency across different components and platforms.
- Design user interactions including animations, transitions, micro-interactions, and responsive behaviors to enhance usability.
- Consider accessibility guidelines to ensure designs are usable by people with diverse abilities.
- Conduct usability tests to identify user pain points and areas for improvement in the design.
- Analyze test results and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to align design decisions with project goals.
- Communicate design concepts effectively through presentations and design documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications: B.Tech/Master's Degree (Computer Science or related field) and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant position.
- Ability to approach problems from a user-centered perspective, understand user needs, and develop creative solutions.
- Proficiency in color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Expertise in conducting user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis
- Familiarity with design software like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision to create wireframes and prototypes
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles to ensure design feasibility
- Ability to clearly articulate design ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Looking for a web developer having Solid grasp of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Javascript Frameworks, Front-end Frameworks, Content Management System (CMS).
Fundamental front-end JavaScript with ES6 and frameworks / libraries such as React / Vue js / Angular
Node.js with Express framework and front-end integration
Experience in working with open-source content management systems (CMS) like WordPress / Drupal is good to have.
Experience in Photoshop / Illustrator is preferred.
Good to have knowledge about Figma/Adobe XD/ Axure or other related tools.
