Job Description
Overview of the Role
As an IT E-Business Analyst, you will be part of the growing company focused on creating seamless online experience for our B2B and B2C customers. You will work with IT and Business users to develop A2A integrations and work with our E-Business partners to create B2B and B2C integrations. You are required to work and prioritize multiple initiatives and operational support simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into EDI specifications.
- Design, develop, test, and implement EDI solutions.
- Coordinate with trading partners to set up and maintain EDI connections.
- Monitor EDI transactions to ensure timely and accurate data exchange.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to EDI processes.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Maintain documentation for EDI processes and system changes.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate EDI solutions with other systems.
- Recommend improvements to existing EDI systems and processes.
Preferred candidate skills
- In-depth knowledge of EDI X12 standards and messaging related to E-Business.
- Experience in mapping tools for generating and processing EDI messages.
- Experience in developing integrations using integration platform like, TrueCommerce, Rithum, and Alluvia.
- Experience in Retail Industry or Textile industry is preferred.
- Experience supporting E-Commerce using 3PL partners is required.
- Experience developing integration using API, EDI X12, FTP, and RFC calls.
- Knowledge of retail industry standards such as GS-1, SSCC, and UPC.
- Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP ECC, SAP Business One or SAP S/4 Hana is must.
- Knowledge of online E-Commerce tools like Shopify and SalesForce is required
- Knowledge of online commerce platforms like Amazon fulfilment, Wal-Mart MCS and eBay is required.
- Experience coordinating work with offshore teams is a plus.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.
