Freshers and Experience can also welcome 

Should have excellent Oral and written communication in English. 
Should be flexible enough to adapt to any environment or changes happening in the sector.
Should be able to work in Rotational shifts and rotational week offs also 
Excellent communication skills in English required 
Exhibits patience and empathy to resolve customer queries
