Lead the design and production of high-quality digital and print assets, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, web visuals, email banners, advertisements, sales enablement tools, and tradeshow materials.
Maintain the visual consistency of brand assets across all platforms and campaigns, ensuring adherence to branding guidelines.
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create compelling visual content that supports storytelling initiatives, including blogs, case studies, and product launches.
Support the execution of webinars and events with strong brand-aligned visual design and content support.
Contribute to content strategy by designing eye-catching visuals for social media and paid advertising campaigns.
Help maintain and enhance the visual identity of the company website, ensuring alignment with branding and SEO best practices.
Use project management tools like Monday.com to track asset timelines, marketing deliverables, and cross-functional requests.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to manage marketing materials and logistics for trade shows, swag, and print fulfillment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in a creative or marketing role focused on design and content creation.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
Strong design portfolio demonstratingvisual storytelling, branding, and digital design capabilities.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) for coordinating tasks and timelines.
Experience designing for events, webinars, or trade show marketing is a strong plus.
