As a Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all clinic activities, including patient scheduling, staff supervision, and inventory management Implement and optimize clinic procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity Serve as the system administrator for our electronic health record system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulations Develop and maintain relationships with patients to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction Monitor and track clinic performance metrics to identify areas for improvement Train and mentor staff members to uphold high standards of customer service and patient care Communicate effectively with English proficiency to facilitate smooth interactions with patients and staff If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent time management skills and a strong background in clinic operations, we want to hear from you!
