Job Description

Roles and Responsibility
Strategy

  • Responsible for managing portfolio of clients in Hyderabad and onboarding new clients.

Business

  • Onboarding new clients
  • Revenue targets
  • CASA Targets
  • Corporate Finance X-sell Targets

Processes

  • Comfort around both client onboarding and credit processes including credit execution.

Risk Management

  • Ability to understand client business risks and tailor account strategy in line with the same.
  • Knowledge of key clients in the market
  • Product knowledge
  • Ability to maximize returns
  • Ability to understand FCC and related risk issues

Governance

  • Responsible for maintaining governance around the portfolio including audits

Regulatory & Business Conduct

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group s Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • To achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank s Conduct Principles: [Fair Outcomes for Clients; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment.]
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
