Senior Executive - Inside Sales - It Services (us Region) @ Trigent

Job Description

We are hiring for the position of Senior Executive Inside Sales for our IT Services Division - US Region

Experience Required - 3-8 Years (Should have experience in Cold calling, Inside Sales, Prospecting, Fixing appointment, US Sales, IT Services Sales)

Shift Timing - 5.30pm to 2.30am IST or 6.30pm to 3.30am IST (US Shift)

Job Description:

• Outbound calling to establish connects with appropriate CIOs, VPs, Directors, QA Managers of ISVs, Industry verticals for understanding customer IT landscape
• Cold call on an existing / new database of clients/prospects with a view of generating qualified appointments/ teleconferences for the Trigent's Sales team
• Strategically map and translate business problems into opportunities across service / product lines and customer segments
• Ability to set, generate meetings and sense opportunities on phone
• Identify ideal cross-sell and up-sell scenarios

Experience required:

• 3+ years of Inside sales experience into US market with an IT services firm (IT Services Sales).
• Experience with Testing, Development, Digital Transformation, Sharepoint, Java, IOT , BI based sales capacity.
• Sound understanding of Cold Calling techniques and concepts
• Opportunity mining experience- should be good in requirement elicitation & mining opportunities across integrated IT systems
• Good time management and project management skills
• Persuasive, go-getter with high energy levels
• Excellent email articulation, Excel & Power-Point kills
• Must be willing to work for US shift timings
• Proficient in English and business communication.
