We are looking for a skilled and proactive Cloud/DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in AWS cloud services, Terraform, Kubernetes, and scripting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AWS migration, troubleshooting, cloud security, and managing modern infrastructure at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and manage scalable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure on AWS.
- Perform end-to-end cloud migration from on-prem or other cloud environments to AWS.
- Troubleshoot AWS infrastructure issues and ensure high availability.
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes (EKS).
- Build automation scripts using Python, Shell, or Bash for various DevOps processes.
- Monitor cloud environments and remediate performance and security issues proactively.
- Enforce cloud security best practices and perform compliance checks.
- Work closely with application, network, and security teams for integrated deployments.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, CloudWatch, Lambda, etc.)
- Proficient in AWS Migration strategies (Rehost, Refactor, Replatform)
- Expertise in Terraform (IAC, modules, remote state management)
- Solid understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration (EKS is a plus)
- Scripting skills in Python, Shell, or Bash
- Experience with troubleshooting AWS services, networking, and access issues
- Good knowledge of cloud security best practices (IAM policies, security groups, encryption, etc.)
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CodePipeline)
- Monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Certification: AWS Certified Solutions Architect / DevOps Engineer
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
