We are currently searching for assistant operations manager, you will assist the operations manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating the operations of a business or organization. Your duties will include implementing and monitoring policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and quality, as well as supervising and training staff, managing budgets, inventory, and resources, and liaising with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving problems, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Additionally, you will be expected to provide feedback to staff, report on performance and progress, ensure customer satisfaction and compliance, and support the operations manager in developing and executing strategic plans and goals.
Supervise and coordinate the work of operational staff to meet objectives.
Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Assist in budget planning and cost control measures.
Maintain records and prepare reports on operational performance.
