Role Overview

We are hiring Relationship Managers for sourcing Home Loans / Loan Against Property (LAP) through open market channels . The role involves lead generation, customer relationship management, documentation, and coordination for loan disbursals.

Key Responsibilities

• Source leads via open market, builders, agents, DSAs, etc.

• Meet customers, understand requirements, and offer suitable loan products

• Manage end-to-end documentation and processing

• Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams

• Maintain strong relationships and ensure repeat/referral business

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline

• Strong communication & local market knowledge

• Experience in HL/LAP preferred; freshers welcome

• Goal-oriented with sales flair
