Experience: 4 to 14 years (Agency Channel Insurance Sales)
As a Senior Business Development Manager, your core responsibility will be to drive insurance sales via Business Associates (BAs) and their agent networks.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and develop Business Associates and their agents (on commission basis)
Monitor and guide agent activity plans to ensure sales targets are achieved
Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRPs) with agents and update the Sales Management System
Motivate and promote agents through Career Progression Programs to strengthen the sales network
Encourage the use of Agent Portals & CRM systems for better customer management and cross-selling
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Life Insurance Sales (Agency Channel preferred)
Education: Graduate in any stream
Strong communication and leadership skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving results
Stable career history with proven success in the insurance domain
Well-networked and familiar with the local market dynamics
High maturity and confidence to manage and grow sales teams
