Job Description
1. To operationalize all the Jio points Stores as per the design principles.
2. To directly drive the customer acquisition & revenue business targets through JC-JPL & JPM,
3. To monitor & manage Jio Point productivity,
4. Ensure top class customer experience at Jio Points,
5. To maintain hygiene & governance at Jio Points (Regular Stock, Audit/ Cash Management etc.)
Skills and Competencies
1. Strong Retail Operation experience (Industry Telecom / Retail only),
2. Must have managed minimum 15 medium sized stores,
3. Must have complete experience of launching a store/s.,
4. Local Understanding: Important to have understanding and knowledge of the entire State.,
5. Language: Must be fluent in Local Language.,
6. To be recruited from the list of recommended Companies
