About the Role:
This position involves field service, installation, maintenance, and product demonstrations for our cutting-edge laboratory instruments. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering expert technical support.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Diploma/B.E. in Electronics or Instrumentation
Experience: 2-4 years in technical support or after-sales service
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Biochemistry Analyzers, ELISA Readers & Washers, Bilirubinometers, and Electrolyte Analyzers
Travel: Willingness to travel within Madhya Pradesh (M.P.) to support customers
