Job Description: Business Development Manager- EM Location: Hyderabad Regions Africa Reports to: Respective Regional Head Grade: Manager & Above Roles & Responsibilities Identify, execute & develop new opportunities of business, dossiers, distributors and risks involved - in new countries or with new distributors/ Accounts in existing countries across assigned region. Improve the YoY sales performance/ maximize commercialization of registered products. Maintain & build relationships with existing/ new potential B2B clients & Distributors. Analysis of MIS/ EXIM data/ IMS data for assigned Region - Provide insights & strategic action plan. To facilitate out-licensing of Aurobindo products with potential companies across all the countries in the assigned region. (B2B model of business) Eligibility/ Preferred Qualification/ Skill Set Preferably B. Pharm & MBA Experience in Business development with renowned Pharma companies in Emerging Markets Exposure to regulatory functioning in Emerging Markets. Experience in handling legal agreements. Prior Experience in the assigned region will be an added advantage. Prior Experience of managing and negotiating contracts.,
