Job Description We are hiring for Technical Project Manager with sound background on Java Technologies. Company Name : Hum Technologies Client : One of the Fortune 500 Companies Location : Remote/Hybrid Skills : Project Manager/ Project Delivery ( Java background) Responsibilities 8+ years of experience in project management within a software development environment. Proven experience in product management and managing projects involving Java, Spring Boot, REST API, and Kafka. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices. Excellent understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC). Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship management skills. Role & Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. Coordinate with developers and technical teams to ensure alignment with project objectives. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues promptly to minimize project goals" impact. Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives. Ensure projects that are delivered meet quality standards and requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact, stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and management. Prepare and deliver regular project reports highlighting risk and issues. Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and procedures for project management. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams. Good To Have Hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST API, and Kafka. PMP Certification (ref:hirist.tech),
