We are leaders in our product categories and our customers include many of the biggest listed companies in the U.S Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automation Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automation testing and be familiar with various testing tools and frameworks. As an Automation Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications through rigorous testing procedures. Key Responsibilities: Test Automation Development: Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Java and Selenium. Implement test automation frameworks and create test scenarios for functional and regression testing. API Testing: Perform API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar. Validate data exchange and integration between various components. Penetration and Security Testing: Conduct penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities and security risks in the application. Utilize web security testing tools such as OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, or others to ensure the application meets security standards. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to understand requirements and ensure thorough test coverage. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices. Reporting: Document and report test results, and track defects in a detailed and timely manner. Provide insights and suggestions for improving test coverage and quality. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Java, Selenium, and test automation frameworks. Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured). Basic understanding of penetration testing and web security testing tools (e.g., OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite). Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Skills: Exposure to Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Experience with version control systems like Git. Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
