Job Description

We are Hiring a Senior QA Lead to enhance our quality assurance processes and ensure the delivery of exceptional software products. You will lead our QA team, implement best practices, and work closely with development and product teams to maintain the highest standards of quality for our AWS Cloud-based platform. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a QA strategy aligned with our agile processes. Lead and mentor a team of QA specialists, fostering continuous improvement. Design and execute advanced test plans across multiple configurations and devices. Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks for efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA into the development lifecycle. Analyze quality metrics and drive improvements based on insights. Establish and maintain QA best practices and documentation standards. Participate in release planning, ensuring quality standards are met. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for quality issues. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7+ years of software QA experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices. Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit). Familiarity with AWS Cloud services and testing in cloud environments. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal. Experience with agile development methodologies. Plus points for those who have: ISTQB certification or equivalent. Experience with performance and security testing. Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with data quality principles and data integrity testing. Background in SaaS platforms or economic development technologies.
