Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Sourcing Supplier Capacity Planning & Supply Chain Support Build a resilient supply chain for the Automotive Division through Long term Capacity planning and mapping: a. Capacity assessment & planning for existing supply chain parts based on 3 years LTP Action Planning for Capacity Shortfall mitigation for ongoing & new projects Enabling capacity creation at supplier end to meet the requirements through partnering with PD, SSU, CDMM, SCM, SQE & suppliers Ensure kick-off part development with close monitoring till Capacity creation, SOP & Handover b. SSU / SCM / SQE vulnerable supplier alternatives c. New projects C/O parts capacity mapping (across Platforms cross commodities) d. Development & Execution for Engine BTP & Proprietary System. Drive Short term Capacity Planning & supply chain challenges mitigation: Identification of short-term challenges with Supply chain Capacity enhancement on current parts Quality related supplies issues (alternate sourcing / FTG corrections with current suppliers) Ensure kick-off part development with close monitoring till SOP Preferred Industries Automobile Farm Sector Education Qualification Tech / B.E General Experience 4 to 8 yrs experience Critical Experience Supply chain management understanding & exposure Exposure & knowledge of manufacturing processes, machines, utilities, material - Casting, Forging, Machining, engine proprietary parts especially. Commercial acumen, Capacity assessment techniques Problem solving techniques. Root cause analysis Product development through APQP, M&M requirements, MPDS process.
