Role & Responsibility -

Upon successful training completion, you will be working with our internal project team or on a client site as a Software Engineer.
Learning every day, resolving solution challenges will be a never-ending activity in Copious Software.
Technology stack for your work will be based on our practice in JAVA or Business Intelligence stream or in Open Source (LAMP Stack) or any other new technology we will be implementing in Copious Software.

Other skills required -

Go-getter, Resultoriented, Creative & Innovative approach.
Problem solver & Customer service orientation.
Conflict Resolution & Negotiation skills.
Better time management & Stress management.
Professional Communication (written, verbal/presenting and listening).
Must have some experience in software development.

Qualifications

Minimum an IT related Degree MCA or B.Tech or BE.
Must have learned & practiced Software Engineering, Database Concepts.

Additional Information

Upon successful selection, you will need to start at our Patna (Bihar, India) branch.
In future, there will be an opportunity for you to travel to one of our on-site customers.
