Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager Developer Funding located in Mumbai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with developers, sourcing and evaluating new projects, and handling end-to-end loan processing. Daily tasks include conducting due diligence, preparing credit proposals, ensuring documentation compliance, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth. Qualifications Experience in client relationship management and business development Knowledge of credit analysis and financial evaluation Understanding of real estate and developer funding processes Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Relevant experience in banking or financial services industry Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field,
