We are inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant-Cloud Operations Engineer In this role you will be responsible to evaluate and improve the functionality of our end-user IT systems and applications. We require you to have solid IT system analysis knowledge and expertise to succeed as a service desk analyst at our company. Responsibilities Maintain containerization platforms including Kubernetes and AWS EKS. Guaranteeing stable platform for the operation of Mimecasts microservices. Provide an outstanding support experience for Mimecasts internal Engineering teams by meeting Product and Engineering requirements for Mimecasts Cloud Platform. Have worked with large enterprise infrastructure supporting 24/7 and willing to work in rotational shifts in a cloud operations role. Provide on-call support services as needed and aid others. Monitor and ensure the availability, performance, and security of cloud and on perm container environments. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills Must have work experience on AWS Services like CloudFront, Anthena, RDS, S3, IAM, EKS and Good to have knowledge on other AWS services. Excellent proficiency with maintaining and troubleshooting Kubernetes (k8s),Kube lens, Pods, and containerization. Excellent understanding of 3 tier architecture. Must have work experience on Nginx. Must have work experience on New Relic monitoring tool. Should be good at Kubectl commands, Linux commands. Good knowledge at Ansible AWX. Good knowledge on GitHub/Bamboo. Good understanding of CI/CD pipeline. Good communication skills. Team member should accept to work in 3 shifts (Morning, Afternoon and Night). Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Strong communicator English in spoken and written form.
