Responsibilities:

• Interact with international clients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Resolve customer queries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Maintain customer records and update information in the database.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Adhere to company guidelines and standards while addressing customer inquiries.
• Handle customer complaints and follow through with the appropriate resolution.

Requirements:

• Graduates or equivalent educational qualification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with international clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
• Good interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational shifts as per business requirements.

Working Conditions:

• This is a full-time position with a 6-day workweek.
• Night shifts and rotational shifts are part of the job.
• The selected candidate will be based in Jaipur.

Salary and Benefits:

• The salary for this position is up to 32,000 INR CTC.
