Job Description
- Looking for a highly skilled Senior Elastic Search Engineer with 6-8 years of experience as a part of our technology team, to play a critical role in designing, deploying, and managing scalable Elasticsearch solutions to ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of our search infrastructure
- Will have to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions, optimize performance, and ensure data integrity
- Key Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and optimize Elasticsearch clusters and associated applications
- - Develop and maintain scalable and fault-tolerant search architectures to support large-scale data
- - Troubleshoot performance and reliability issues within Elasticsearch environments
- - Integrate Elasticsearch with other tools like Logstash, Kibana, Beats, etc
- - Implement search features such as auto-complete, aggregations, fuzziness, and advanced search functionalities
- - Manage Elasticsearch data pipelines and work on data ingest, indexing, and transformation
- - Monitor, optimize, and ensure the health of Elasticsearch clusters and associated services
- - Conduct capacity planning and scalability testing for search infrastructure
- - Ensure high availability and disaster recovery strategies for Elasticsearch clusters
- - Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration
- - Document solutions, configurations, and best practices
- - Stay updated on new features and functionalities of the Elastic Stack and apply them to enhance existing systems
- - Grooming of freshers and junior team members to enable them to take up responsibilitiesRequired Skills & Qualifications:- Experience:6-8 years of hands-on experience with Elasticsearch and its ecosystem (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, Fleet server, Elastic agents, Beats)
- - Core Technologies:Strong experience with Elasticsearch, including cluster setup, configuration, and optimization
