Job Description:- Scrum Master ( Data Engineering Background )
Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Manage project scope and timelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Sprint Facilitation: Coordinate and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
* Agile Coaching: Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices.
* Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate internal communication and promote effective collaboration across teams. Act as the primary point of contact for external communications with customers and stakeholders.
* Backlog Management: Work closely with Product Owners to manage product backlogs, refine user stories, and prioritize new requests.
* Obstacle Removal: Identify and resolve conflicts, remove impediments, and ensure a smooth workflow for the development teams.
* Agile Framework Expertise: Demonstrate deep understanding and practical application of Scrum techniques and artifacts (definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
* Agile Framework Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP, etc.).
Skills & Qualifications::-
* 8-12 years of proven experience in a Scrum Master role.
* Strong familiarity with software development processes.
* Expertise in Scrum methodologies and artifacts.
* Proficiency in other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP, etc.).
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated servant leadership abilities.
* Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
* Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, etc.) is highly desirable.
