Job Description

Job Title: Billing Executive 

Experience: Relevant experience preferred 

 Location: Nashik, Maharashtra 

 Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 per month + Travel Allowance 

 Working Days: Monday to Saturday 

 Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM 
 
Company Overview: 

 Electrical Contractor Firm specializing in Turnkey Projects and Maintenance Activities in Extra High Voltage (EHV) up to 400KV. Recognized for its efficient and high-quality work across India, SPPE is currently based in Nashik. The company is well known for its expertise in Substation, Tower Line, and Monopole works, as well as Maintenance Services including Oil Filtration. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Manage billing and invoicing processes for company projects. 
• Visit project sites to oversee billing-related tasks. 
• Handle government TMCB tenders and related documentation. 
• Generate and verify invoices for clients. 
• Coordinate with the accounts team for financial transactions. 
• Ensure compliance with billing and taxation norms. 
• Maintain records of transactions and reports. 
• Assist in both office and field work as required. 

Requirements: 

• Qualification: Background in Accounting or a Non-Electrical Field. 
• Knowledge of billing, invoicing, and tender processes is preferred. 
• Strong numerical and analytical skills. 
• Willingness to travel for site visits as part of the job. 
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software is a plus. 
• Good communication and coordination skills.
