The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for chat, email, customer communication, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales through our diverse product offerings. Qualifications: Excellent Communication Skills: Proficiency in English is essential. Language Proficiency: Must speak at least two of the following languages: Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, or Malayalam. Reading and writing skills in these languages will be advantageous. Sales Experience: Proven track record in customer service, lead generation, and inside sales. Cold Calling: Strong experience in cold calling is necessary. E-commerce experience is a plus. Customer Needs Identification: Ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions through our products and services. Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
