We are #hiring for Sitecore Business Analyst Technology. Role: Sitecore Business Analyst Technology Location: Remote Experience Required: 3-5 years Shift timing: - US time zone (6 PM to 2 AM IST) What Youll Do: Analyzing multiple integrated systems: Examining existing IT systems and business models to identify areas for improvement. Helpdesk systems: Managing tickets and systems managing reports. Testing systems: Ensuring that systems work as expected. Liaising with stakeholders: Keeping IT stakeholders informed of progress and seeking feedback. Writing reports: Writing reports on requests(new requirements/bugs) as needed. Documenting systems: Writing documentation for technical specifications Typically, 2-5 years experience in Sitecore 7.0 and above. Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Ability to produce specifications for documentations and implementations. Experience in IT business systems analysis techniques, Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed business and functional specifications, while understanding the needs of multiple stakeholders. Facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders. Develop User stories, fit-gap analysis and partner with Users to create Test Cases and Testing Plans based on Business Requirements earlier identified. Ability to align with business and technical teams, understand their day-to-day processes to identify/evaluate opportunities for improvement and be a liaison with IT Solution teams for Solution delivery. Documenting and maintaining the current system and process landscape and helping draft future-state business processes.,
