ERP Architect - SAP - Pune - Fiserv - 7 to 11

• ERP architects design and develop payment integrations in ERPs to our payment platform SnapPay.
• Execute system and integrated testing for SnapPay products.
• Understand and review customer s requirements.
• Install and configure SAP SnapPay suite to our customers.
• Helping our customers during UAT and Go-live process.
• Supporting our customers with issue resolution.
• Helping our sales team during presales.
• Working with product team to develop new features.

What you will do:

• Develop / modify SAP SnapPay suite (combination of ABAP, BAPI, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, IDOCs, BDC, REST API and ALV Programming).
• Manage and maintain the integration of the SnapPay suite of solutions for SAP ECC and S4Hana.
• Install and configure SAP SnapPay suite to our customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during SAP SnapPay suite installation and UAT process.
• Develop and maintain associated technical and user documentations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any customer issues related to SAP and SnapPay Products.
• Design and develop new product features.

What you will need to have:

• Senior developer with at least five years technical experience analysing, specifying writing code in SAP.
• Proficient in ABAP, BAPI, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, IDOCs, BDC, and ALV Programming, REST API calls.
• Experience in SAP SD and FI modules (Order to cash and A/R).
• Ability to partner with product team to develop and implement new features and functionalities.
• Ability to convert customers requirements into technical and function specifications.
• Work with support team to troubleshoot and resolve issues with SAP SnapPay agent.
• Good communication and strong problem-solving skills.

What would be great to have:

• Knowledge of SAP Payments module.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC and S4 Hana.
