Job Description
- This role is to support the HRIT team with core workday supported tasks, HR case escalations, EIB file loads, HR Tech Workday inboxes.
- This role will support APAC, EMEA time zones.
- Directly support HR Payroll partners to document requirements, assist with technical escalations,
What will you need to have
- 4-5 years of Experience working on WorkDay as functional consultant
- Perform day-to-day operations that include - Research, review, analysis of effectiveness and efficiency of the existing HRIS system, Workday.
- Supports Workday system configuration which includes business process changes, tenant level settings, and notifications, to meet the expectations of our clients.
- Executes system enhancements, including new functionality rollouts and modifications of existing functionality.
- Facilitate global testing efforts and coordinates the testing effort with the local business partners, including the creation of test documentation and post-implementation support.
- Documents processes via job aides and knowledge-based articles. Ensures that processes and procedures adhere to defined audit and internal controls.
- Fieldglass and Time Absence experience is a plus.
