HRIS - Sr Associate - Chennai - Fiserv - 2 to

• This role is to support the HRIT team with core workday supported tasks, HR case escalations, EIB file loads, HR Tech inboxes.
• Perform day-to-day operations that include research, review, analysis of effectiveness and efficiency of the existing HR Tech system, Workday.
• Designs and supports Workday system which includes business process changes, tenant level settings, and notifications, to meet the expectations of our clients.
• Executes system enhancements, including new functionality rollouts and modifications of existing functionality and coordinates and performs in-depth testing, including test documentation and post-implementation support.
• Documents processes via job aides and knowledge-based articles. Ensures that processes and procedures adhere to defined audit and internal controls.

What will you need to have

• General Level knowledge of Workday applications and core HCM modules.
• Experience in creating test plans, creating, and maintaining process documentation,
• Skilled in Microsoft products: Excel, Word, Project, Visio
• Knowledge of HR disciplines and experience in maintaining data changes like employee transfers, promotions, salary, status, address changes, etc
• Experience with HR internal ticketing systems for escalations, with the ability to troubleshoot issues, and general analytical skills.
