Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Management:

Preparing and sending invoices.
Maintaining accurate records of client accounts and outstanding balances.
Ensuring invoices are accurate and compliant with company policies.

Billing Processing:

Processing payments .
Updating payment information in the system.
Resolving payment discrepancies and issues.

MIS Reporting and Analysis:

Generating reports and insights based on billing data.
Using MIS systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to billing and revenue.
Identifying trends and patterns in billing data to support decision-making.

Data Management:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client information and billing data.
Ensuring data integrity and accuracy within the MIS system.

Other Tasks:

Supporting bookkeeping procedures.
Coordinating with various agencies for reporting, transaction, and billing.
Identifying opportunities to streamline payment processing using software and business process automation. ]
