Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for an experienced senior manager to lead the development, deployment and ongoing operational support for RSA NetWitness Live Services. You will have an opportunity to lead the transformation of these services into a native cloud model and build a team that will focus on engineering and operational excellence in order to build and support these services. Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of new and transformed cloud services to cater for our customers and product requirements
Lead the daily operations activities including automation in the environment, monitoring systems, and logging utilizing the principals of DevOps, Agile and SRE engineering practices
Participate in the definition of the roadmap for our services - including brand new ones - in collaboration with our product managers, other development and engineering managers, and engineers
Manage and report on critical metrics regarding the status and SLA compliance of our cloud services
Provide technical support and direction regarding new or existing technologies, operational standards, and staff development
Use established change management processes and disaster recovery plans, requiring operational procedures be performed with minimal customer impact, (i.e. during the established maintenance window)
Scale our services: lead the planning, hardware selection, costing, and provisioning of new capacity
Meet with customers to develop relationships and clarify requirements and schedules
Drive root cause analyses, and coach others on doing them, in collaboration with software development teams, as well as leading local development to improve operational performance
Drive continuous improvement in systems operations through tool building and automation
Provides direction and encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
Create and refine the staffing and support plan
Assists management with hiring processes and onboarding
Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems and oversees team member work for quality, compliance, and security
Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
Provides quality customer service.
Represent the NetWitness Cloud Engineering team in matters such as operational review meetings, project status, capacity planning, data management, and connectivity requests.

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Computers
PG: M.Tech - Any Specialization, Computers
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
