Job Title: Head Human Resources
Location: Corporate Office Gurgaon
Reports To: Group CHRO / Group CEO
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership
Drive and implement HR strategies that align with the strategic objectives of the education and healthcare verticals.
Collaborate with business heads to support expansion plans, new school/hospital openings, and digital transformation.
Institutionalize a performance-driven culture focused on learning, innovation, and patient/student excellence.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Oversee talent acquisition across schools and healthcare units, focusing on high-quality faculty, medical professionals, and corporate staff.
Create and manage robust talent pipelines to support growth in new geographies and service offerings.
Lead employer branding initiatives to position RJ Corp as an employer of choice in both sectors.
Learning & Development
Design and implement training and upskilling programs for educators, doctors, clinical staff, and administrators.
Partner with academic and medical leadership to align L&D with curriculum, patient care standards, and regulatory expectations.
Performance & Rewards
Drive performance management frameworks (goal setting, reviews, appraisals) to support merit-based culture.
Oversee compensation planning and benefits design aligned with industry standards and internal parity.
Culture, Engagement & Diversity
Foster an inclusive, values-driven culture rooted in empathy, service, and excellence.
Build employee engagement frameworks across geographically diverse campuses and facilities.
Lead wellness and well-being initiatives, particularly important in the education and healthcare settings.
HR Operations & Compliance
Lead HR operations ensuring compliance with CBSE/IB norms (education), NABH standards (healthcare), labor laws, and safety regulations.
Digitize HR operations and analytics for better workforce management and strategic decisions.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience:
15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
Prior exposure to either or both sectors education, healthcare, or service industries is preferred.
Proven track record of leading HR in multi-site, people-intensive organizations.
Education:
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field from a reputed institute.
