Job Description

Urgently looking for Hr - Executive in Recruitment.

Location - Goregoan.

Salary upto 25000.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Finding the right candidates for the right profiles with the help of online portals & field.

2. Screening resumes & Creating job posting.

3. Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.

4. Performing reference and background checks.

5. Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.

6. Following up on the interview process status.

7. Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.

8. Staying on the companys organization structure, policy and state laws regarding employment practices.

9. Data Management, Completing timely reports
