Salary max 5.0 lacs plus incentives in huge amount and 30% hike on current salary can be given in case of higher package.

Recruitment of advisor(any body who has got good network in your area)

Training the advisors

Getting the work done from advisor

Helping them in achieving the goals.

You would not be into field sales exactly its a conceptual sales and more a trainer work.
