Excellent Opportunity for HR Tech- SAP HR Functional Consultant

Looking for professionals worked in Inhouse - SAP implementation .

Job Location- Powai (HO)

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of HR technology solutions, such as performance management systems and employee self-service platforms.
• Identify and propose efficiency-building measures for existing gaps in the existing HR technology solutions like SAP, Successfactors, Ramco & other HRMS platforms.
• Recommend new HR technology solutions to enhance efficiency in HR deliverables, in consultation with the HSS and CHRO.
• Support the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new HR technology solutions, including vendor management, system integrations, and user training.
• Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of HR technology systems, ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Oversee the development and delivery of HR technology-related reports, analytics, and dashboards to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Provide guidance and support to the HR tech team to drive performance and ensure effective leadership.
• Design and build a high quality analytics solutions for HR that includes data mining, cleansing, integration, visualization and presentation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate must possess exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to conceptualize and build an HR tech framework from the ground up.
• Should have a strong interest in staying updated with the latest HR tech solutions in the industry.
• Should have a strong ability to leverage data driven insights to support HR functions.
