Offshore Technical Manager / Technical Architect
Work Site Prudent Hyderabad Office.
Reporting US Scrum Master and Enterprise Architect
- Strong in enterprise IT application development and that includes at least 9 years of hands-on software development,
- infrastructure engineering, and system architecture. experience in end to end system development
- Hands on experience in application development and maintenance activities with Microsoft technology stack.
- Providing technical and architectural leadership for Microsoft .NET web applications.
- Ability to interface and work with varied positions and levels of technical knowledge both within the department and with
- other departments inside and outside the company
- 3+ Years of Architecture experience, Extensive experience with enterprise architecture best practices.
- Experience of the following: Microsoft SQL Server, Azure, APIs, Microservices, .NET Development Core & Angular and
- EF, Must be able to quickly identify the source of issues and resolve them in the proper way.
- Experience with helping enterprise customers successfully deploy and operate IT solutions based on Microsoft's software
- products. Experience in customer facing roles with a proven track record of effective verbal and written communications
- skills Required.
- Team Management and meet project deadlines. Experience leading onshore/offshore development teams through the
- application development lifecycle.
- Engage with business and technology leaders to understand business operations, processes, and team members as a
- foundation for designing robust technology solutions. Ensure that the respective business, application, data and technology
- perspectives are aligned with the organizations technology and governance strategies, policies and standards
- Make technical design recommendations and improvements.
- Participate in special initiatives such as technology evaluation, prototyping, security and internal audits.
- Effectively multitask between different projects.
- Coordinate customer acceptance testing and ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolution of issues, regular status
- reports, and continuous communication. Understand and adhere to the Technology Services infrastructure and interrelationships.
- Demonstrates a passion for delivering quality solutions and developing other individuals
- Must work US -CST Overlap Hours (Min 4 Hours)
- Willing to Travel On-Site on Short Notice- 2 weeks Max every Trip
- Must Hold Valid Indian Passport
- B.E/B.Tech/M. Tech/BCA/MCA/BBA/MBA.
