Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about banking products and services.
- Process transactions and maintain customer records.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies.
- Deliver excellent customer service and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their financial goals and offer tailored solutions that add value to their banking experience
- Develop a deep understanding of our banking products and services to identify upselling opportunities based on customer needs and preferences
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree/ Graduation must(NO BTECH AND BCA)
- Prior experience in customer service or banking is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
- Basic computer skills.
