Primary Responsibilities:
Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about various Insurance Products and Achieving the monthly targets
Ensure diversification of portfolio into health products for the location they are managing.
Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
Go the extra mile to meet the sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
Coordinate with team to ensure month on month activation of agents as per targets set.
Manage individual targets for agent recruitment, activation, and premium if any.
Educational qualifications preferred: 12th / Graduation / Masters (added advantage)
Required Skills:
The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation with good sales ability
Proven experience as a Telesales representative or other sales
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
