Job Summary: US Payroll Associate
The US Payroll Associate will be responsible for providing client services related to US Payroll, ensuring that tasks are executed accurately and efficiently. This role involves close collaboration with Delivery Services Management to address and escalate client issues, and managing data/documentation for HR records. A strong understanding of client processes, attention to detail, and adherence to work instructions are crucial. The role also includes suggesting process improvements, performing root cause analysis, and maintaining security and confidentiality of client data.
