Work Location: Chandivali, Mumbai
One Rotational Off
Day Shift - 8am to 8 pm (Any 9hrs)
Qualification Required: Graduate / Post Graduate
Salary:- 2.75 LPA to 2.9 LPA
Mandatory: Fluent in English, knowledge in Stock Market, Trade, Investment and Banking
Must have 6 Months Experience
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Answer queries professionally to provide information about services, obtain details of complaints.
2) Keep records of customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints and comments as well as actions taken.
3) Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
4) Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
