Lead Software Engineer @ R1 RCM

Position summary

As a Lead Engineer - Test Automation, your role would be of Automation and Performance Test Architect where you provide technical leadership in design and architecture of the automation and performance testing framework and ensure adoption of the same in all the QA teams in the organization. You will collaborate with product teams to strategize & align long term solution for test automation including roadmap, tools, framework & approach.

Key duties & responsibilities

• Complete technical ownership for preparing test automation solution, designing automation frameworks and work with Test Automation Manager for making sure of implementation of test strategy, test plans & test execution of the product across organization.
• Recommends new tools, techniques and methodologies needed to enhance productivity and quality.
• Experience in architecting & building real-time, large scale healthcare applications
• Collaborate with product teams to strategize & align long term solution for test automation including roadmap, tools, framework & approach.
• Evaluate, select and formulate best usage of test automation tools and future alignment for different products and applications.
• Create/Maintain a standard framework for Functional Automation and Performance. Presents technical documentation for review by peers and Development community.
• To work with QA team for resolution of technical issues of the product as needed.
• Develop automation strategy to support regression testing based on the technical analysis, complexity, and reusability
• Responds appropriately and competently to the demands of work challenges when confronted with changes, ambiguity, adversity, and other pressures.

Qualification

B.E/B. Tech/MCAor equivalent professional degree

Experience,Skills and Knowledge

• 10-12 years of experience in implementing BDD, TDD, Automation Tests,C# or similar programming language. Experience in performance testing will be a plus
• Good experiencein designing and developing automation frameworks using C#, Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, and Rest API
• Experience developing automated test suites for SOA, server API/web services testing
• Demonstrated skill in using coding standards and being an active participant in code reviews.
• Exposure to Agile Scrum and associated framework, User Stories /product backlog and TFS / JIRA Usage.?
• Expertise with web performance infrastructure and cloud resources (AWS, Azure).
• Experience in Test Driven Development (TDD), unit testing, regression testing, integration testing
• Exposure in one or more Implementation of CI & CD using Jenkins, Dockers containerization?
• Experience in performance testing using Jmeter and monitoring tools like AppD is plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills, keen attention to details and multi-tasking abilities.?
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis abilities.
