Job Description

Development of the Production Facility 1.1 Oversee the end-to-end development of the new Foamboard production facility from the ground up over a period of 2 years 1.2 Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and operations to ensure timely and efficient project delivery 1.3 Develop and implement robust project management processes to track progress, manage risks, and ensure project milestones are met Plant Operations Management 2.1 Once the facility is operational, assume responsibility for managing the day-to-day production and operations 2.2 Oversee & manage the entire plant team , set plant KPIs, ensure alignment with organization goals 2.3 Implement best-in-class manufacturing processes, quality control measures, and continuous improvement initiatives 2.4 Monitor plant performance metrics and identify areas for optimization to drive operational excellence Stakeholder Management 3.1 Collaborate closely with senior leadership at Reliance Industries to align on strategic priorities and report on project/operational progress 3.2 Interface with external stakeholders such as regulatory bodies, vendors, and customers to address any concerns or requirements 3.3 Foster a culture of safety, sustainability, and innovation within the production facility,
