Job Description:
Handling customer queries on calls and chat and resolving issues.
Providing satisfactory resolution to meet stipulated SLA and AHT. Candidate profile:
Candidate should be having excellent communication skills.
Good at customer handling skills.
Open to work for rotational shifts.
Should have great interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure. Qualification:
SSC having 1 year international voice/chat experience in BPO.
HSC or Graduates having 6 Months domestic/international voice/chat experience process in BPO.

UK and Aus Salary: As per market standards + incentives(upto 40,000)
