The Executive - Human Resources (HR) is responsible for supporting various HR functions and initiatives within the organization
They will assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, employee relations, performance management, HR policies and procedures, and other HR-related activities
The Executive - HR plays a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting the overall HR operations
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, including orientation programs, paperwork, and introductions to company policies and culture
Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and company-wide events
Assist in performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Maintain and update HR records, databases, and employee files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and programs to employees
Support HR reporting and analytics, including generating HR metrics and reports on various HR-related activities
Coordinate employee benefits programs, including enrollment, claims, and inquiries
Stay updated with changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and update HR practices accordingly
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
Relevant certifications in HR are a plus
X years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a generalist capacity
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws and regulations
Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes, including interviewing and candidate assessment
Good understanding of employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with employees at all levels
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR-related software and tools
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve HR-related issues
