Job Description

  • The Executive - Human Resources (HR) is responsible for supporting various HR functions and initiatives within the organization
  • They will assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, employee relations, performance management, HR policies and procedures, and other HR-related activities
  • The Executive - HR plays a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting the overall HR operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
  • Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, including orientation programs, paperwork, and introductions to company policies and culture
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and company-wide events
  • Assist in performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Maintain and update HR records, databases, and employee files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and programs to employees
  • Support HR reporting and analytics, including generating HR metrics and reports on various HR-related activities
  • Coordinate employee benefits programs, including enrollment, claims, and inquiries
  • Stay updated with changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and update HR practices accordingly

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in HR are a plus
  • X years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a generalist capacity
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws and regulations
  • Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes, including interviewing and candidate assessment
  • Good understanding of employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with employees at all levels
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR-related software and tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve HR-related issues
