As an Executive - Procurement (SCK), your primary responsibility will be to oversee the procurement process and ensure the timely acquisition of goods and services needed by the organization
You will play a vital role in managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and maintaining an efficient supply chain
Responsibilities:
Procurement Planning:Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs and requirements
Develop procurement plans and strategies to meet the organization's objectives
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and products
Vendor Management:Identify, evaluate, and select vendors based on quality, price, delivery, and reliability
Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with vendors to ensure favorable terms for the organization
Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, resolving any issues or disputes that may arise
Purchase Order Processing:Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgetary constraints
Coordinate with various departments to obtain necessary approvals for purchase orders
Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Inventory Management:Collaborate with inventory management teams to maintain optimal stock levels
Monitor inventory levels, track usage patterns, and anticipate future demand
Implement inventory control measures to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory
Compliance and Documentation:Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements
Maintain accurate procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, and vendor information
Assist in conducting audits and assessments to ensure compliance with procurement processes
