Job Description
- A Junior Engineer in Electronic Design and Development at STPL is responsible for supporting the design and development of electronic components, circuits, and systems
- They work under the guidance of senior engineers to contribute to the design, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic products or solutions
Responsibilities:
- Design Support: Assist senior engineers in designing electronic circuits, components, or systems based on project requirements
- Conduct research, collect data, and contribute to the design documentation
- Prototyping and Testing: Assist in the prototyping and testing of electronic designs
- Assemble and test prototypes, troubleshoot issues, and provide feedback for design improvements
- Circuit Design: Contribute to the design and development of electronic circuits, including schematic capture, component selection, and PCB layout
- Follow design guidelines, standards, and best practices
- Simulation and Analysis: Assist in conducting simulations and analysis of electronic circuits using appropriate software tools
- Analyze simulation results, identify potential issues, and propose design modifications
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and design verification documents
- Maintain accurate records of design changes, revisions, and updates
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, software engineers, and product managers
- Communicate effectively to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery
- Quality Assurance: Follow established quality processes and participate in design reviews to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Assist in identifying and resolving quality issues during the design and development phase
- Research and Development: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and emerging electronic design techniques
- Contribute to research and development activities to enhance product performance and capabilities
