c. Verification of visit report of service engineer.

d. Daily worksheet updation of service job card.

e. Updation and maintenance of customer master database.

f. Task related to AMC. g. Maintenance and updation of PO and Quotation file.

h. Follow-up of orders. i. Task related to ROC.

j. Service engineer job card analysis and report generation.

k. Communication with customers

l. Keeping track of working of engineers n Sunday / Holiday

m. Keeping record of projection proposed and projection achieved by engineers.
